REFUND & RETURN POLICY 

At Cactus Blooms Boutique, we want you to love your purchase.  If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help within the guidelines below.

 

Returns

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• All original tags must be attached

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use will not be accepted

 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Sale or clearance items

• Items marked “Final Sale”

• Gift cards

• Custom or special-order items

 

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment

• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing and handling costs

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Store Credit (No Restocking Fee)

• Customers may choose store credit instead of a refund

• No restocking fee will be applied to store credit returns 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right. No restocking fee will be applied to damaged or incorrect items.

 

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at: cactusbloomswesternboutique@gmail.com. Include your order number and reason for return.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
